Appointment Notes

1. The project host (professor, researcher) can directly use the National Science Council "Research Talents Personal Network" account and password to make online reservations for your instrument.

2. For other researchers (students, manufacturers, and self-funded users), please perform online registration first, and then print the "Online Registration System Review Information" when you are done. After signing and stamping by the project host, you will confirm the identity of the user through your instrument center , issue the account number for your instrument, and make an appointment for your instrument with the issued account number and password.

3. For the certification of special projects, the project host can directly access the system of Guiyi to use the system, and carry out plan certification for affiliated graduate students or research assistants, and can also send it to Guiyi Center for certification.

4. For users of expensive instruments who do not hold the special plan of the National Science Council, please also complete the online registration, printing, and certification procedures. After each appointment, the center will send Notice of charges or on-site charges. Please write a demanded check or money order stating "National Sun Yat-Sen University" according to the amount listed on the fee notification and attach a self-addressed envelope to return the school fee receipt.
